Would not make change for $40 without having an account. Did not have same experience at other banks. Very frustrating.
Have banked at Bank of America for 36 years, and I have always been treated with respect and friendliness.
We arrived about 30 minutes after opening, a little bit before the bankers arrived (I thought they were supposed to get there before opening?). We waited 40 minutes to be seen; there were 2 patrons ahead of us. By the time we were called back, 2 other people who were waiting with us had left due to the long wait times.
