As a BofA customer, I stopped to transfer money to a CD and have two documents witnessed and notarized. Two staff members explained the person with the notary was on break, the same person was the only one that could handle the CD creation and they did not notarize the type of papers I needed witnesses. Waste of time.

This is the second time I’ve been there and they STILL have no staff to help me. Why sit open? This place needs to be closed.
The ambiance of the location is so welcoming, and the manager( Mr. Nima) is super fantastic, highly professional, and cool, making sure my challenges were well and all sorted, I was assigned to Ms. Kera she is such a pleasant, patient, and professional personnel, I wish all customers are directed to her, .lol.I opened an account successfully and stress-free, I'll recommend this location again and again!!!.. You guys rock.
