2 people at the front desk didn’t acknowledge or help us when we went in. The lady at the front just looked us up and down. Apparently she’s the manager. Teller (Toni) was super nice and friendly.

The Manager services the current client of bank just if it’s comfortable for her. Very incompetent. In context of zero knowledge they just can spend your time
