I've had both Good & bad experiences at this location. The teller tend to be very polite. &, the supervisor of the tellers tends to be very helpful ,polite, & courteous. ..But, one day when I needed help getting my PIN changed they gave me unnecessary trouble. Very rude and snobby. If you provide adequate IF they should have assisted me in changing my PIN right away. The women at the wall in area where snobby & condescending. I must say,this Bank of America is the best customer service and very clean. All bankers are very helpful. I must say it's one banker's I truly think goes beyond to help customers feel good about banking at this location. And his name is Mr. Richard Chavez. He's very understanding and will do whatever he can to help you get what you need help with or understand something. Thank you so very much, man. You're the best. They are really nice even if what you need done is outside the scope of their business. I needed documents notorized and they couldn't do that for me but they let me know of other places that could.
