Went there past Wednesday for Notary service. BOFA Erica messed up my appointment. Branch Manager and her team worked to accommodate the appointment. They went above and beyond to work this for me. Kudos to Branch Manger and her team, particularly, someone called Stephanie. They should be recognized for their human touch which become rare in these days and age in almost every industry.
When I went there for the first time to handle business, Stephanie was extremely friendly. She assisted me in completing the relevant procedures. Her service was excellent and deserves praise!
They were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to get help with what we needed for our vacation ahead of the time we expected. Very happy with the service.
