Friendly people in my experience, no lines and quick to get what I needed sorted out. Shame that this branch is closing at the end of this year.
The tellers at this bank are so awful I've been driving 20 minutes past this location to go the the one on College Rd. so I avoid being treated like garbage. The woman who "greets" people as they walk in is so rude, it's shocking how long she's had a job there. The two old ladies behind the counter do everything in their power to make things difficult for customers. All Bank of America in Wilmington are the worst banks. They close at 4 when most people who work don't get off until 5. It's like they know something that they are not telling people and they're afraid but keep their customers in the dark.
