Ive been with Bank of America for decades. This branch isnt the best place to go but its close to my home. They only ever have 2 tellers even if it super busy on paydays. If you need help with something be ready to sit and wait for a very long time
I deposited a rather large check into my business account, which I've had for 15 years now. The check was from a business customer I've done work for the past 14 years. After the ATM deposit, the ATM then informed me of a 7 day hold on the check. No ability to get the check returned to me as a choice. Called customer service, they said sorry, nothing they can do. I have been to this bank for a bank statement and there is only one employee at the register and they don't want to give the statement when they have only 1 employee at the register and there is no customers and bank is empty but still they made me wait for 1 hour very bad service.
