Was able to make an appointment quickly, be seen promptly, and the staff was incredibly helpful retrieving old statements that another branch said would need to go through customer service and be mailed to me. Overall a great experience.
Just extremely slow service and incompetence from their employees
Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service by representative Alfonso Acosta. Alfonso Acosta gives conflicting information about fees. When the issue is brought up, Alfonso threatens the client and says that he is in charge of the bank and the OCC. Moreover, he said the problem would be fixed if we put more money in our account. Bank of America should be embarrassed to hire such an unqualified and discriminative individual.
We wanted a 1099-INT on a closed CD, and the nearby branch on 7th ave said it'd be a 2 hour wait. Logan Curran, the manager at this branch who happened to be at the reception, had us sorted out in 2 minutes. So nice to have people who try to solve problems efficiently.
