On 6/17/26 at 3pm terrible customer service at 19428 in Conshocken PA. A black banker with long hair and punk outfit was very rude. I hope HQ will rehire at this location.
Literally the WORST bank EVER. I mean Bank of America as a whole. Their customer service agents NEVER help me with any issue. All I ever get is "unfortunately this,unfortunately that." I had just submitted a deposit and they are holding it for 5 days which is absurd. I never had to wait that long. It's usually been 2 business days in the past no problem.
