The staff is not sufficiently educated on how the accounts function in their entirety and very indolent staff. I will not specify names to give grace. I recently visited the One Penn Plaza branch to set up new business accounts. While I look forward to continuing my relationship with this branch, the experience with the business solutions advisor could have been more proactive.
