I sent money from Americano Chase Bank and asked America Bank to return this money to me because I sent it to scammers and America Bank refuses not to return this money I don’t know why you can’t collect my money I need to write comments to receive it no need to sue or what
Visited for a transaction today, and the female teller was rude. She is young but seemed incapable of handling customer relationships. I had prior visits before and never had any problems with other bank personnel.
It seems like they have a manager who thinks it`s a good look to switch tellers every week or month. Just when you start building a relationship with a nice teller they bring a new one. Before, they used to have a teller work there at least 6 months or a year, now they have so many new people all the time who are not trained for basic stuff that it became really frustrating doing business here.
Lost my id and they called me back, tellers are friendly have been coming here out of the way for years for this level of service. 1000 stars
They never answer the phones you can be calling all thought the day for hours and your banker would never call back or ever pick up.
