I went there this morning for a cash deposit the ATM machine got blocked and took my money I asked for help they said we can do nothing for you!

I attempted to open an account online and was advised to go to a branch for assistance. This was the 2nd one I went to and it did not end well the first time. That's right I went two times to this branch. More on the second visit later. I was told that the bank has every right to refuse and the person i spoke with could not give me any more information other than they could not assist me or tell me what the problem was.
