One of the lady staff, who sit on the front so rude ,unprofessional.and another teller just sitting there not doing anything.Only me in the bank,was12:45, I ask some questions,that lady said she has appointment at 1:30,she’s not available. I think they are job just sitting there with phones for whole day without doing anything. I went to another location’s bank,just take less 10 minutes to got everything done.
