From the moment I walked in, the service was disorganized and unprofessional. I was greeted with indifference, waited far longer than expected without any updates, and had to repeatedly ask for basic assistance. It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than a priority. People work here are rude, unprofessional no idea how this location still open.
This bank really needs to change management they dont care a bit about customer, i wait more then a hour for a customer service representative and then that the person that does the notary service is not available, i incredible that after all this bad service this office has and bad reviews the corporate office have not changed management. If you can go to another back please go don’t waste your time coming to this one.
Actually I've never used it. I hit the 1 star by accident. The inside service is usually good though. The Manager there is very helpful & friendly.
