I went in expecting the usual bank chaos and long lines but honestly it was fine, almost pleasant. The teller was patient even though I had trouble with the mobile deposit app, she walked me through it. It wasnt too busy around 10am on a tuesday so maybe thats the sweet spot, who knows. The only thing that bugged me was the air conditioning was blasting like crazy, I was freezing the whole time. Overall though quick in and out and the guy at the front desk was actually helpful.
I had an appointment scheduled for the Merrill Edge Consultant at Bank of America to transfer my Roth IRAs from work. I show up early and wait in a line to come and find the guy is on vacation! No courtesy phone to reschedule ahead of time and all I get is an apology. This is ridiculous! I was asked if I want to reschedule, Ugh No you don’t value my time, so No Thank You!
