Justin is rude
Came in to create business account. Sat for 20 minutes. 10 minutes passed a girl opening a regular account. 5 minutes more after the two women having small talk in an office while I’m here trying to start a company. Customer service for the front desk was great but the other private bankers have no regard.
I went in expecting the usual bank chaos and long lines but honestly it was fine, almost pleasant. The teller was patient even though I had trouble with the mobile deposit app, she walked me through it. It wasnt too busy around 10am on a tuesday so maybe thats the sweet spot, who knows. The only thing that bugged me was the air conditioning was blasting like crazy, I was freezing the whole time. Overall though quick in and out and the guy at the front desk was actually helpful.
