Young lady , there was very nice and respectful
Although I don’t like the parking lot and the new hours (opening at 9 is good, but closing on Saturday isn’t), I’ve never had a problem with any of the tellers or staff at this BofA branch. I especially appreciate the Merrill representative. Fernando Rosales is so good at helping seniors manage their wealth that I wanted to hire him as my personal money manager. This branch is rude, nobody in lobby and was told there was an hour wait!!
