This branch is closed no longer even a bank!
Teller deposits money in wrong account as I have more than one then dominos it with 35.00 x 20 fees to my account, when you call for them to fix it the call auto hangs up and say “Everyone is with a customer now, bye”.... this teller needs to fix it and be held accountable. He is immature as a teller. This caused my son to not attend college as a result of financial crisis due to the teller’s careless customer service. I need Ally bank, or a new bank.
Bad customer service!! Couldn’t resolve my issue. Went to a location down the road and they solved my issue without a hassle!!
I will close my account soon. Poor service.
