The staff here is always so helpful and attentive. This is my favorite branch! I recently had an appointment with Anthony (Sr. Banker) and Kayla (Mgr) and I had a seamless exchange with great conversation! I recommend visiting this location if you are ever in the area.
If I could leave zero stars I would. My first bad experience was when I went to take a large withdrawal from my account. I signed my name and they were like your signature doesn’t match from my original 30 yrs ago or more. I told them at my age I can sign twice in a row and the signatures won’t match! This went on for several minutes showing every proof who I was and they just didn’t want to turn loose of MY MONEY! Ungrateful managers, not enough employees, and a poor attitude. The first time I walked into this branch they were closed, I did not know they close at 5pm. My old bank closed at 7PM. I only wanted to ask a question about what I needed to open up an irrevocable trust account.
