Horrible!! I've been a customer with BOA for over 15 years. Came here for notary services and the woman (I think her name is Vanessa) basically refused to notarize my documents. Definitely not coming back here again. And considering closing my account with BOA and moving my funds to another bank. I won't stand for poor customer service.
