Please do not refer to Eugenia Guerra for any notary services. She lied and gave me misinformation about appropriate documents that came from Los Angeles County Registrar. When I corrected her after and showed her my receipts from the county with the website she gave me and she then felt “uncomfortable” to sign. It’s okay to be embarrassed when you’re wrong, just admit to it Eugenia. -10000 guest experience
