I came here to open an account. A lady told me that she'd would be available to help me in 15-20 minutes. She helped the gentle man who was ahead of me. He left out 15 minutes later. I waited an additional 15 minutes, and she never came back to help me out. I think that was extremely rude and disrespectful. They can definitely do better. Ignore all the previous older reviews - this location was clean, bright, and practically EMPTY when I went on a Thursday afternoon. I did not have to wait at all, and the employees/tellers are very friendly and welcoming.
The fact that this is the only Bank of America in LA County to close at 4:00pm is ridiculous!!

The line is always long and feels like it never moves. The early closure doesn't help either. The fact that they're closed on Saturdays..!?
