I think our banker’s name was Bisa Rojo. my mom had some fraud issues and Mrs. Rojo was extremely helpful, patient and kind. she was professional and she did a wonderful job answering all of our questions, educating us and giving us the step by step of what to do. we came in stressed and with her help, we definitely left with peace of mind.
How do you close at 4 when most people don't get off work til 5? Edit June 8, 2026. 2years later and you still haven't changed your hours to suit your customers. Stop posting stupid responses if you don't plan on changing.

Customer Service is friendly. The long wait shouldn't reflect on the staff; it should reflect on management and Marketing for not having enough banking personnel.
