Arriving at the BoA, Holly Street branch at around 3:50PM, the teller directed me to Mr. Navjot Hunjan at 3:55PM. With just five minutes remaining before closing, Mr. Hunjan articulately and calmly helped me begin applying for my first BoA business account. With about one minute remaining he confirmed all my qualifying information and suggested an easy way to complete the process through the BoA app, and I was out the door by 4PM. Superb, efficient, considerate, and professional service in short order, to be sure!
Place is totally useless Trying to anticipate and have visited numerous times to make sure my mom is not locked out of the account when my dad passed away Despite everything they don’t mention that the accounts online access was cancelled and automatic bill payment as well Banks should have a check list for deceased family members instead of me visiting 4 Times and still not able to resolve this
It was very good experience with Mr.Nav hunjan , he is always very helpful and give us very quick service without wasting our time. He give us very honest advice all the time ,Most importantly he explained everything in punjabi to my father in law , which was very helpful for him to understand.
