Went for applying my credit card . Mr . Nav hunjan was really helpful and explained everything perfectly had a pleasant experience.
I recently had some business to take care of in Bellingham. I was lucky that Nav was there. I was quite early but he made time to help me. He was efficient, friendly and a pleasure to work with. I'd strongly recommend this branch on the basis of Nav's work. If I have banking business down in Washington State again, this is the bank I will definitely go to.
Scheduled a meeting with a banker online, it was confirmed via email, and they never called and never sent me a note asking to reschedule. Waited for the call - very hard to reach a real person at a local branch, so they make you schedule something online...but even then, they ghosted me.
