Incredibly disgusting customer service. Came in with an issue YOUR company gave ME with an appointment with Rania. She was acting all preppy with the guy before me but when it came to me I tried to say hi and explain why I was late, she completely disregarded me mid sentence and walked away. I was explaining the issues I’ve been dealing with from another location and she was speaking with attitude when nobody was targeting her directly. Rania was an absolute pleasure to work with, she answered all my questions satisfactory, and I could not be more satisfied with how she helped me and protected my security as well.
Arriving at the BoA, Holly Street branch at around 3:50PM, the teller directed me to Mr. Navjot Hunjan at 3:55PM. With just five minutes remaining before closing, Mr. Hunjan articulately and calmly helped me begin applying for my first BoA business account. With about one minute remaining he confirmed all my qualifying information and suggested an easy way to complete the process through the BoA app, and I was out the door by 4PM. Superb, efficient, considerate, and professional service in short order, to be sure!
Place is totally useless Trying to anticipate and have visited numerous times to make sure my mom is not locked out of the account when my dad passed away Despite everything they don’t mention that the accounts online access was cancelled and automatic bill payment as well Banks should have a check list for deceased family members instead of me visiting 4 Times and still not able to resolve this
