Place is totally useless Trying to anticipate and have visited numerous times to make sure my mom is not locked out of the account when my dad passed away Despite everything they don’t mention that the accounts online access was cancelled and automatic bill payment as well Banks should have a check list for deceased family members instead of me visiting 4 Times and still not able to resolve this
It was very good experience with Mr.Nav hunjan , he is always very helpful and give us very quick service without wasting our time. He give us very honest advice all the time ,Most importantly he explained everything in punjabi to my father in law , which was very helpful for him to understand. Wonderful location. The customer service is great and they are always so helpful. I also love the amenities like the safe vault and how secure it is. Makes me feel confident in a place of business like this that keeps everything so securely locked and is customer focused. 10/10 will be returning!
This is a photo of the safety deposit safe, which has been open since before I got here, and for the hour that I have been waiting here. There is three customers and more than 3 employees. And somehow, still have to wait. The customer in front of me had to deal with nonsense because one teller's "system is down". Of course, none of these things would be a big deal. But all three together is pretty rough right? Let's add ..atrocious florescent lighting that blinks, kind of a creepy layout... I feel like I'm in a liminal space... read more
