Went to cash my 401k check and I got profiled by the teller. She had me sit down for over an hour, dealt with two bankers; multiple numbers were called and I was on hold for a while. All under the guise of needing a “code” to cash my check. After finally getting thru with whoever on the phone and verifying my information, the lady said I didn’t even need a code. The banker went back to the teller to ask why she wanted a code, turns out it’s just what she assumed and she never even tried to cash the check.
Worst bank I have ever been in my life!!!! Still in the parking lot writing this because after waiting for someone for 15mins they just jump to preference….not good service at all!! Very racist!!! Not recommended at all
