This bank never had enough employees. They always took more than one hour for getting service.
People have been complaining about how there’s only ever one teller working for over a year on Google reviews, and they always get the same copy-pasted response. The people who work here are so nice and have fantastic people skills, but why is there only one teller? Every time I go, it’s the same woman and she is GREAT at her job but I’m always there for an hour, the line almost reaches the door, and people are super frustrated. With just a little more support here, I wouldn’t dread going to the bank!
1. Walked in on a Friday at 3:10 PM, a peak time for any bank, and there was only one employee available to handle everyone. Completely unacceptable. 2. Customers were lined up waiting with no one to help or direct traffic – just chaos. 3. This branch clearly has serious staffing issues; there was no manager present to step in or assist. 4. Poor planning and zero sense of urgency to serve customers during busy hours reflect badly on the entire organization. 5. Absurdly long wait times. Bank of America, you have the money--hire more people to be tellers here. Have been waiting 30 minutes to make a small business deposit. There is only one teller working the 6 windows. I'm still in line. Who knows what age I'll be when I reach the front
