I JUST WENT TO TAKE MY MONEY OUT OF THEIR ATM AND MY CARD GOT STUCK IN THE MACHINE AND THE ATM IS NOW OUT OF SERVICE. I CALLED THE NUMBER LISTED ON THE MACHINE AND OF COURSE CALLING THE NUMBER WAS NO HELP AT ALL
Had to speak to a banking manager for advice on closing an account due to the passing of a relative. They were very informative & also gave heartfelt condolences. It was appreciated.
No stars should be more accurate. Waited in line for nearly an hour to be told I needed a banking specialist and it would be another hour, just to fix my debit card pin. Was told by the manager I needed to go to my branch in Oregon to change it…..so I guess I’ll just squeeze that road trip in. Idiots. UPDATE: Changed banks, not easy but easier than driving to Oregon to update my debit pin.
Card info stolen yesterday morning, withdraw late yesterday night. Go inside branch for transactions, possible Skimmer on ATMs
