Spoke with a representative named Zack who when I inquired about a withdrawal and updated contact information change and setting up an appointment. He didn’t care, said he just wanted to know how much money I was looking to withdraw. It made me feel very uncomfortable because he only cared about the dollar amount, not any other services I needed. Makes me wonder about this branches security. I was going to flag the unprofessional communication with the branch manager but he said he was it. Will not be returning here.
I’d like to express my gratitude to the Bank of America branch in Snohomish, Washington. They always provide very fast and high-quality assistance at this location. I especially want to highlight an employee named Alex, who turned out to be extremely knowledgeable and helped me resolve issues with my credit card and my main account when it was unexpectedly locked. Thank you so much for the excellent service!

The absolute worst branch manager i ever came across. Rude and not helpful in any manner. She should also learn better English in this country.
