Edit: since writing this review the costumer survive as improved so much. I have been in a few different times a week and durning different hours. There is now normally 2-4 Staff members to welcome you in. If they were heading to the back, they stop and help you before leaving the front desk. This BoA has clearly been working hard to have better service. Teller Customer service here is garbage. Expect to wait 15-40 minutes to be even noticed. They will litterally steal your money it's insane. Deposited a very REAL check that was over 1000 and it was tagged as fraudulent. They are shutting my whole account down and refuse to send the money to my new account. They quite litterally said that there was no time limit to when they would send the money. So they have a couple thousand dollars in my money they are just holding indefinitely. Crazy how scammers cam become a whole bank
Terrible, disrespectful customer services. They do not answer the phones at all. The waiting time inside of that bank is usually long, appointments for personal discussions impossible to make. Thinking about transferring my money to different bank, other than Bank of America. I spent almost two hours waiting for someone to answer the phone. Unsuccessfully!
Associate 723 is Absolutely rude! Standing in line, and rather then saying hello, and how can I help you I got a "yeah?" and was waived over. Way to make a customer feel like they are inconveniencing you. While I was making the deposit with this very unfriendly woman another employee approached her with a question. She was very short, and condescending with her also. To do that in front of a customer...Wow! My guess is that she is a manager that hates her job. Very gross!
