I want to give KUDOS and the 5 starts to the 2 BofA staff who were at this location on loan for this past weekend. 1)manager: Allen Shepel 2)bank rep: Aaliyah Stokes. I had an appointment for Saturday 8/22 at 1030am to meet with a bank rep for my mom, who is in a wheelchair and stays in an assisted living facility in Bellevue. Bank tellers and managers are really awesome in the need help solutions
Site refused to give $80 in quarters to a lifetime member due to not having a business account. Lady said all BOA will only give a roll of quarters at best without a business account. This is hardly a bank.
