I stopped by to open a new account. Madison was super helpful, didnt keep me waiting at all. She was super kind and genuine. She helped me choose an account that best fits my needs.
I recently noticed they were charging fees on an account they should not have. When I approached the branch a lady named Naseem said she was autorized to reverse 2 months and thats all she can do. Then she brought in her manager who she suggested would be able to escalate. I dont recall the managers name but she is of inidan descent.
