I recently noticed they were charging fees on an account they should not have. When I approached the branch a lady named Naseem said she was autorized to reverse 2 months and thats all she can do. Then she brought in her manager who she suggested would be able to escalate. I dont recall the managers name but she is of inidan descent. I had to schedule an appointment with Elsa because, frankly, no one else at the bank seemed capable of resolving the issue. Even after sitting down with her, all I received was the usual runaround and vague explanations as to why I couldn’t get my money back—despite the fact that everything operates at the push of a button.
