I stopped by to open a new account. Madison was super helpful, didnt keep me waiting at all. She was super kind and genuine. She helped me choose an account that best fits my needs.
I recently noticed they were charging fees on an account they should not have. When I approached the branch a lady named Naseem said she was autorized to reverse 2 months and thats all she can do. Then she brought in her manager who she suggested would be able to escalate. I dont recall the managers name but she is of inidan descent. She was not interested in resolving my issue but wanted to give me a hard time beacuse " how did I not know what type of account I had" when I tried explaining to he that the account was opened ... read more
I had to schedule an appointment with Elsa because, frankly, no one else at the bank seemed capable of resolving the issue. Even after sitting down with her, all I received was the usual runaround and vague explanations as to why I couldn’t get my money back—despite the fact that everything operates at the push of a button. It’s frustrating that Bank of America can withdraw funds instantly with a single keystroke, yet somehow it takes two to three months to return those same funds. That kind of delay is unacceptable.
