I'm warning you about this bank. I placed an order with Amazon, then canceled it, but they didn't receive the cancellation, and Bank of America is investigating. What a terrible, useless bank!
This Bank of America branch has the best service I've ever encountered at a bank.
Had a horrible experience with the Home loan rep and the overall process for Home loan. Would not recommend any one wasting time with this bank for any kind of home loans.
Simply awful customer service from Max here. I walk in to make a deposit, notice a line 8 customers deep and only one person working the counter. I comment to him that this same situation happens every time I come into this branch.
