If you’re going to this branch, I highly recommend asking for Ajay—he made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
I' am being charged a fee that was not applied before. Bank of America refuses to communicate with me regarding this issue, and it is impossible to reach customer support by phone. I would like an explanation of what has changed.
