I've had a poor experience with Bank of America's customer service in Bensalem, PA. The staff seem inexperienced and unhelpful, and the hospitality is lacking. Long wait times and disinterested representatives make banking here frustrating. I wouldn't recommend them. They don’t even know how to check the balance in an account. Overall, it's been a very disappointing experience. Every time I go there, I'm disappointed with their service. The staff often seem untrained and uninterested in helping customers.

How can every time I go to this location the ATM won’t work? Is amazing how they are never taking deposits or there is any sorte of issue. Why bothering having the location open if is so troubling?
Came here to open and account they told me to come back on Manda’s did not tell me I needed and appointment then when I came in they were extremely rude and unhelpful . I went to the one on grant and they were so helpful had me set up mobile banking did ever With me threw my phone . I would not recommend street rd BOA. Not the kind of people you what to deal with when banking or at all for that matter
