I went to this American bank today and was greeted by a very friendly lady. Later, Jonathan Pitcher helped me apply for a bank card. He was very friendly, patient, and handsome because my English is not very good. He also found a translator for me, and the whole process took about 40 minutes. Very helpful staff.
We both had our U.S licenses and social security #'s and still got declined. The young lady Jasmine was very friendly and helpful but her manager made this experience very unpleasant. Tldr: BoA is not very welcoming for new comers!
