I recently had a very strange experience with the BOA credit card Apple Pay team, which ended up with my having to go into a branch to prove that I am, indeed, me. I did not have a successful outcome but Shyama and the other team members that helped me were patient and accommodating and did all they could to help and I wanted to recognize that.
Angel was the best. She was very helpful and quick with what I needed.
There are very rude and uncooperative cashier and all staff , no one should go there.
