Depending on the teller you get. The lady was rude, gave me a hard time for cashing a check when I’ve gone to this same bank every other week with no problems. She got approval and was like we’ll never do it again. I would never bank with them after this. Why work in customer service if you can’t do your job. And you can at least dress like you work at a bank. She has an attitude like the money was coming from HER personal account. What a horrible look for this bank.
What a pleasure it was to be cared for in such a professional way. Taraneh was so incredibly helpful with assisting me with my banking needs. Courteous. Friendly. Attentive. Actually everyone i encountered at this branch today went above and beyond. Thank you all for your help. Makes me happy to know customer service and support are alive and well at BofA Willingboro.
Wow wonderful customer service!! They’re very helpful CHRISTIAN was very helpful and efficient the other day I came in and it was a long line of people coming in last min and he handled most of them very efficiently and everyone had a smile on their face afterwards
