Terrible general manager. Lost our business.
This was the worst customer experience I've ever had. If your ATM transaction doesn't dispense cash and you have to wait, it’s frustrating. It's been over a week, and my account still hasn't been credited. They promised to give me credit but never followed through. Overall, a horrible experience, and I won’t be banking with them anymore.
the Bank of America in willingboro is definitely not very good in regards to doing the simplest form.
