WOW! Where do I begin? I prefer to remain loyal to my bank so I used Bank of America for 25 years! I should have realized b4 i opened an account. My first clue was I cashed a check from my mom at the Millville NJ location in the Pathmark. The teller used to work for me. She wrote my mom's balance on the envelope! My mom complained. Another time I deposited over one thousand in cash in the ATM at the Vineland NJ branch and it jammed after taking my money!!! I wrote a 1 star review this morning regarding a very lengthy and undisclosed hold on certified funds from this bank. The bank decided to post some bs. The “solution” as listed below my first review this morning , is not a solution. It does not help me in any way for them to say they’re sorry and they’ll bring it to management for future customers to know this bank WILL keep your money for a week. I just wanted to give Neicy a shout out. I came in due to a duplicate charge on my account. I called the BOA help line as well as the company who charged me twice. Neither were willing to help me, they both kept giving me the run around switching blame. I went into a branch ready to cry over this. Neicy was so kind and empathetic. She brought me a sense of calm. She was able to get me the help I needed with my account, and she did it with a smile on her face. Thank you so much Neicy! You turned my bad day into a great one.
BOA won’t cash their own checks unless you have a account with them the only bank I experienced with this 👎🏽 dont use them
