I just wanted to give Neicy a shout out. I came in due to a duplicate charge on my account. I called the BOA help line as well as the company who charged me twice. Neither were willing to help me, they both kept giving me the run around switching blame. I went into a branch ready to cry over this. Neicy was so kind and empathetic. She brought me a sense of calm. She was able to get me the help I needed with my account, and she did it with a smile on her face. Thank you so much Neicy! You turned my bad day into a great one.
