Came in to renew my CD and was told to wait which is fine. The teller was nice and polite. The only problem I had was after waiting about 15-20 minutes, another customer came in and asked if I was waiting. I said yes and he asked around for help and the guy in the cubicle said he can help him. This customer just walked and with no wait got seen first? Why is that? I didn’t do anything wrong and waited like I was told. Had to set an appointment anyway after asking around (not because I got called up)
Last year I stopped visiting this bank, they can never do anything for me, not even a simple cash check. 5 different times I tried through out last year in that bank because it's 4min from my home. All the 5 times I left that bank and went to a different one, and was I able to do that in a different bank of america. Today I decided to go to this bank again, in case the staff has been changed, so maybe I would be treated better. I went to cash half of a money I had received from a Zelle payment. They said I couldn't cash it s... read more
