Made an appointment for no reason, but Jaime helped me
This location is not managed well. I expect more from one of the biggest banks in the USA. I walk in at 4:10pm, they close at 5pm, and ask to send a wire transfer. They tell me I need an appointment. I could understand this logic IF there was a line of previous customers. No line at all! 4:10pm and not closing till 5pm. Two other people walk in front of me and get regular service after I take the picture added here. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Honestly this has to be the slowest, most ill managed bank I've ever used by far. 4 tellers, 1 working, 3 walking around in circles all while the line is out the door. No exaggeration I just literally spent 47min of my Saturday morning in line. Bank of America? More like bank of third world country!!!
