Not impressed with Bank of America. They hold your money and conveniently offer no human representatives. They put so much into the app so you have no way to reach a human to discuss account information or assistance. I called for a full hour yesterday to ask questions about my business account. I called over 75 times for an hour and they picked up and hung up immediately. I know because I selected the option to speak to the bank location.
