Great experience. I had a problem that I was trying to deal with online but the frustration of the phone loop drove me nuts so I called the bank directly. They advised me come in to their location where so they could help me more efficiently. I did, they did, and problem solved in less time than it took to sit on hold. Thank you Doris and Duria. I appreciate the outstanding customer service.

Extreme poor, loud, uncontrolled environment. The noise from employees, customers was off the charts. Even ear plugs would not have reduced the noise level. The supervisor and Alex did NIT know how to do their jobs. Neither one of them had the common sense to take the children into a side room to quiet them down or ask her the mother with kids to come back at another time, when the kids behaved. A woman named linda set up my online banking with a email address. That email has been cxl'd long ago but still reciepts from my debit card still going to that one. You might want to say why, and do not cxl my card as i cant get into a branch now, traveling. Already notified anither branch sisce i am trespassed from yours. Ms. LindaDevOliva

It's tricky to separate the bank itself, from the company. In this case, why bother? I found the staff at the bank rude, and never really helpful. But think about the company, and you can start to understand why the staff are as miserable as they are. You're better off sticking your money under your mattress. At least that way, you won't get endless fees.
