Drive thru ATM doesn’t work and bank says they’re open till 5. Got here at 4:50 they’re closed how the hell am I supposed to get my money? Y’all charge me for using other atms !

I went into this bank yesterday 3/6/19. I observed only one teller and there was a line which nobody else helped or offered. Also, I asked the teller for change for $100 and he said because I did not have an account he could not. I am in sale's and I would have taken that situation , broke the $100 and tried to get them to be a customer. In the car was the customer that I was helping to get the $100 broken for.
