Iv been a Bank of America customer for over 13 years it seems they get worse every year to the point where they’re almost entirely useless. Today I walked into the bank with a change jar iv been saving for 5 years. Iv been bringing collections of change to the bank since I first opened my account. There used to be no problem with this. They just take the change and put it in a heavy duty bag. You fill out a bank slip and put it in the bag and it’s done. But I guess now “it has to be rolled” which is completely ridiculous! I went to the bank to apply for a new debit card because I prefer to do it in person. The clerk sarcastically said that I could do it online. I know that, but couldn't I do it in person if I prefer? Plus, she showed no real willingness to help me. This isn't the first time this has happened, we've noticed the employees' lack of preparation in providing good customer service.
