I was there to make a transaction and I had a couple questions but I noticed how the manager, I believe her name was Maureen, was extremely rude towards the workers and some specific clients (race). The rest of the associates are super nice tho. I don’t think she should be managing this branch.
They never answer the phone. I tried 100 times.
Unless people! Went there to ask for help with a wire form transfer I had to fill out and they said they couldn’t help.
