What's the point of having an ATM if it doesn't work 85% of the time?
I should not have to wait two weeks to get help to reset my banking mobile app for the third time since signing up with the app at the baking location only four weeks ago. I was told today by a customer service representative that since I can’t come in during the day (I am a teacher) that there is no one available to assist me with this problem.
