Extremely disappointed with this Bank of America branch. Our account was frozen for no clear reason, and we were told over the phone to visit the branch for help. However, the staff here had zero knowledge, offered no assistance, and refused to provide any useful information. Every question was met with a “no,” including a simple request for a letter confirming the account was frozen. ONE month all funds was frozen. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Bank of America’s customer service was frustrating enough to warrant one. The representatives I spoke with seemed disinterested and dismissive, offering no real solutions and cutting me off mid-sentence. I expected more from a major bank, and now I’m seriously considering switching to a bank that actually values its customers.
The amount of times I’ve tried to call and speak to a representative at this location to ask a simple question and nobody has answered is ridiculous!
