I found the staff caring, very helpful and always courteous. I have been with this branch for 10 years and could not wish for better service.
Staff were helpful on the matter at hand, though we had never met before. When they got stuck on hold, they worked with me and carried on with that matter while I ducked out for 5 minutes to post some other important paperwork.
