I do not understand the hate this bank gets! I have been using them for 4 years now and the employees are all super friendly and all know me by name. I get in and out in a timely manner nearly every time. Maybe people using them should have better attitudes and you will get served better!? Just a thought! Brooke, Luis and everyone are phenomenal!
Why would I bank with someone that doesn’t answer their phone
I have a credit card through B.O.A. I am also Speech Impaired.I recently had issues with logging in to the app.Made a appt meet Mr. Dimas Escobar. We had 2 wait 2 receive a code from the online banking service.Once we had the code within 2 minutes up & running. This experience in life was A+ 10 Deepest & Heartfelt Thxs !!!

Terrible bank terrible service luise was not helpful. Apparently bank of America can not cash their own check. Brought a check from lkq who banks with bank of America and they said its not in the system and can not be cashed today. Terrible bank and service. Steer clear.
