The bank is not the typical place I would write a review for, but I was riddled impressed with my visit! Immediately upon entering there’s always a floor manager of sorts ready to greet you, but Lisa made an effort to approach and interact with every client who walked in with ease and a comforting tone you could trust. Ask a bunch of questions about how I received my check. Then when it came to cashing it, wanted to charge a fee on each check that literally has Bank of America on it issued from State Farm. Nevertheless this may be their policy, but I've dealt with a multitude of banks I've had to travel just to be able to cash it for free without an account or fee involved. Not this institution... Wasted trip across town in the heat.
