Porque nunca contestan el Teléfono, para servicio al cliente. Acabo de hacer un pago en línea y mi tarjeta fue Rechazada, entro a mi cuenta Mobil, y veo que hay más de 2 transacciones del mismo. Y no ayudan en Responder el teléfono.. pésimo servicio !!!! Deberían tener una persona directamente para esto..
On 1/14/2025 I went into this branch and closed my savings account. 2 months later I was charged for service fee.. I’ve tried contacting this branch with no success. I’ve called their customer service with no response back.. Don’t recommend banking with this company
