Always a nice place to bank 🏧
When i was there for opening checking account her behavior was very nice and she was so cooperative. I feels good there.
Worst service, not friendly at all
One customer service representative working while 2 others stood around talking behind the counter... I was next in line and 4 others behind me. Stood there for 20mins. Ended up leaving. Zero sense of urgency to assist. Yes it was lunch time but I am also spending my lunch break trying to get things done. I am very disappointed in your customer service. I’ve been with BOA for over 20yrs. Every location is the same. No urgency to help. I will not be banking here anymore.
i just left my appointment with Hung Cheng, she was absolutely amazing. Went above & beyond to make sure i was educated about everything.
