This bank sucks. Went to make a quick deposit and the drive thru is closed. I went inside and the first thing I noticed was the long line. Second thing I noticed was that all the employees looked angry. Terrible customer service. Ive never felt so unwelcome at a business.
They closed their drive through and dont have enough tellers. On the drive through window they posted that they closed the drive through and offer 24hr atm. When I walked in no one was using the drive through atm and there was a substantial line inside
I am very impressed by the commitment of Erica Navarro the manager and Lindsey towards helping customers. I like everybody there, Fanny is always smiling and very welcoming attitude. Love this branch of bank.
What a piece of crap they won’t cash their own check without an account at their bank. (without a service charge of eight dollars ). It’s their check and they won’t cash their own check. No wonder they get a one star!!! Way to go should change your name to the bank of ripoff
Been coming here for a couple years and they've never done me wrong, I have a business account and can get what I need done fast. They know you be name if you treat them right. Very friendly and an awesome branch
