This branch provides a shockingly terrible customer service experience. Based on several visits, long lines with just one or two teller windows open should be expected. Once served, the employees that I've dealt with have been cheerful and efficient. But, the branch does not seem to be competently managed. This morning, the morning after a long public holiday weekend, I arrived to find a sign on the door stating that the branch would not be open. I think I need to find another bank.
