They must have a new team in there because I went in for the first time and the people were not only super nice and amazingly helpful but they stayed late to help me. I walked in at 3:50 and they closed at 4pm and there was a line of people in front of me. Will go back again. My only complaint is the driveway is hard to see the way the trees are growing in front of it and its easy to miss but luckily they have a back way in from the next road.
I came to this BoA with an irritating amount of checks to deposit. Kaine was quick to help me out thoroughly and effectively! More importantly, he was personable and we need more of that today. Hire more staff like him and the woman who was working next to him (didn’t catch her name but she was awesome, too) and watch the ratings of this branch improve. The kid has talent!
Worst bank ever. It deserves every bad rating it has received.
Could be the worst bank of all time. The customer service is abhorrent. Moved to Chase.
