You can’t even get everyday service here. They always tell you to make an appointment, but the next available one is usually a month away. If you come in for something simple, like getting a paper notarized, they make you wait 30 minutes to an hour or just send you away because they don’t have anyone available. Thank God when I opened my business, I chose a different bank. After 20 years of banking here, I’m honestly considering closing my account. They really need a better scheduling system and better customer service.
I would like to share my feedback about my recent experience at the bank. I am not satisfied with the system, as I found it confusing and not very efficient. However, I want to highlight that the service I received was very good. John Garcia Quispe was professional, polite, and helpful throughout the process. He made sure to assist me in the best way possible despite the issues with the system. Overall, while the system needs improvement, I appreciate the quality of the customer service provided.
