Bank of America in Poinciana seems to be operating on some sort of government plan, as they don’t have enough employees to properly serve the community. Every time I visit, I can’t get through or get my needs met. Today, the representative told me, “You can try again tomorrow or another day, because we don’t have any open appointments.” I asked her if she thought I had time to keep coming back and waiting to get things done. This repeated inconvenience has made me decide to slowly move my business to another bank.
Very slow I was there this morning and only one employee was working. I waited a long time and i left🤦
Very limited hours (9-4), very slow/inefficient customer service, always a wait. Their recommendation is to go to the ATM, well if I wanted to deal with an ATM then what is the purpose of this branch?
Everything was just great! We didn’t wait so much time to be attended. Eudalmi was so kind and professional with me and my mom.
Super aloe service, one teller, a 50 ppl making line, 5 other workers pretending doing something and just holding a tablet.... useless
