I had the pleasure of bring assisted by one of this banks greatest Relationship Banker today, Ms.Jasmin Quinones. After having busted three prior branches, I was ready to call it quits, but she quickly changed my mind eith her professional service and awesome personality! Ms.Quinones for the win. Very professional and efficient. She makes a great difference in a positive way to Bank of America
In my opinion this is what a bank looks like when it doesn't care about the customers or the employees. 9 people lined up to the door with one teller. 3 people waiting in chairs. 2 already seeing customer service. A rep going person to person trying to expedite. Work your employees until they burn out and leave? And your customers don't earn enough to warrant adequate staffing?
