Annoyed- why do you have a drive through if its never going to be open! A constant inconvenience- staff your branch better because the banking experience sucks
BOA is not my bank. But I was with my handicapped sister who is in a wheelchair chair. I went to two banks both no longer offer drive thru making it very very hard for ADA people. I tried to deposit inside but you don't allow people to deposit money for other people. ATM was broken but no out of order signage on ATM and they were fully aware it's not working. I'm going to have my dad and sister close accounts with your bank and take their monies elsewhere. Not a good experience at all.
There is a homeless camp blocking the drive through on 8/3/25 at 8:00am. I called the main number and nobody answered. I called the cops to report it and no answer.
Yup again… same old canned response I tried sending a message using your Facebook messenger and delivery was denied, twice. I don’t have an X (twitter) account and can’t send messages to you. So here is the information again about my “experience” at the atm on 528. Do not feel safe using ATM Sunday June 8th at 3pm on Coors and 528 Albuquerque NM as 3 homeless people were camped out at the front door of the bank.
