My experience at this particular branch has been excellent. Everyone has been very courteous and very helpful. I appreciate all that they do for me as a customer.
I love BoA. Lemme say it again. I luv BoA. They bin my bank for 35 years. Never a prob. Always help when I need help. I work overseas. Always help me when I need help, no questions, great service. They have helped me in other countries. Have I sed I luv BoA? Lemme say it again... I luv BoA.
Although we weren’t able to cash our check here because the Internet was down I just wanted to recognize Louis because he was standing outside of the branch, making sure that everyone getting down from their car didn’t waste their time walking in to be disappointed. He let everybody know what was going on and what other branches were open close to them. He was a big help.!
Terrible branch. Managers are the laziest employees. There is no drive thru as shown. I have watched managers do nothing but hurt morale and run customers off. I will be leaving with my checking, savings, two llc accounts and safe box.
Difficult reaching assistance. No one answers the phone, to open an account you need to schedule an appointment, my appointment took 2 days! What is happening to customer service?????
