Professional knowledgable helpful this branch is the best BA we have encountered in 30 years. From managing accounts with online tech to foreign currency transactions it gets handled smoothly. Manager Paula together with her team makes this our GoTo place. We drive to get there having walked out of several closer branches.
This establishments has the resources to accommodate disabled individuals and caretakers of disabled individuals and does not. There is a drive up atm to replace the drive thru teller. This makes it extremely difficult for disabled persons to have a sensible way to deal with the bank and their money. I tried to call and discuss my concerns with corporate, and I discussed them at the bank when there was obvious issues for me to deposit cash into my account. Shame on whoever decided that disabled people do not matter. Very sad... read more
