I paid off my credit card and went to the bank Thursday, because they were still taking interest and when I went they refused to help me. Do not use credit cards at this bank they charge you interest even after you pay them off.

Lori is extremely unprofessional saying “I’m sick of this job” multiple times while doing my transaction. Then another worker asking if there are any customers in the store she proceeds to say annoyingly “there always is” if she hates having customers and her job so much she should go somewhere else it’s embarrassing.
This Banks ATMs have stolen my money 5 times. 5 times. Twice the money was found and it was solved. Twice the money had to be put through a short claim and it was credited and I moved on. This last time the money was nowhere to be found. It wasn't in the rejection bin. It wasn't "accounted" for as they told me that their accounts balanced out. I literally sat there and cried. It was my money for the weekend and for my bills. I'm fnow being told that if I get the money at all it'll be 10 days. My car insurance is about to lap... read more
